Richard Lionel Clarke (born 25 June 1949) is the current Bishop of Meath and Kildare.
Clarke was educated at Wesley College, Dublin, Trinity College, Dublin (MA, PhD) and King's College London (BD). Ordained a decaon in 1975 and priest in 1976, he was elected and consecrated to the bishopric of Meath and Kildare in 1996.[1]
